Game Changer is a system of pricing ideas and tools to help decision-makers use pricing to their advantage and share value with their customers. This requires a new conversation around pricing, one built on the view that pricing is about strategy instead of numbers and about collaborative growth with customers, not zero-sum value extraction from them.
In 2023 I co-authored the best-selling book Game Changer: How Strategic Pricing Shapes Businesses, Markets, and Society. Published by Wiley, the book has four parts: Rethinking Pricing Strategically, Winning the Seven Pricing Games, Changing Your Pricing Game, and Shaping Society Through Pricing Decisions.
